Sustainable infrastructure is a concept, that we, as engineers have the responsibility to transform it into reality by adopting design criteria such as sustainability, energy efficiency and healthfulness.  

Sustainable infrastructure is a key to the success of multiple national commitments including the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the climate change commitments under the Paris Agreement.
